My professional journey has been anything but linear. I began my career as a research scholar at Nanyang Technological University, transitioned to helping SMEs as a research and industry officer with the Singapore government, and then started LINE Consulting, Befinity Media, and Befinity AI.

The Early Days

As a research scholar, I honed my skills in critical thinking and analysis.

This foundation served me well as I transitioned to supporting SMEs in Singapore, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and its practical application.

LINE Consulting

In 2002, I established LINE Consulting.

We started with a focus on helping SMEs with strategic planning and funding before pivoting to become a trusted consultancy for public schools, specializing in staff and school management.

Our success was built on a straightforward yet impactful formula:

  • Revenue

This period of my career highlighted the importance of strategic frameworks in achieving tangible outcomes.

A World of Adventure

2016 was a pivotal year for personal exploration and growth. My family and I embarked on a one-year travel adventure to 13 countries and 46 cities.

This decision reshaped my views on learning, living, and leadership.

It also revealed the potential of digital media to document and share these experiences in previously unimaginable ways.

Beyond Infinity

This experience led to the founding of Befinity Media.

This phase of my career reinforced my belief in the transformative power of digital media to attract, educate, and inspire people.

Embracing AI

Currently, my focus is on the intersection of strategic frameworks and AI.
